Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Specialist to join our team at Tripoint Search. The successful candidate will serve as the primary eDiscovery person in our DC office, providing logistics support and technical troubleshooting. This role will also involve providing remote eDiscovery support for our NY office and managing outside eDiscovery vendors. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience in a litigation-specific role at a law firm, with a strong working knowledge of eDiscovery and litigation case management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary eDiscovery person in the DC office
* Directly report to the Director of eDiscovery and Litigation Support Tech
* Provide logistics support and technical troubleshooting
* Provide remote eDiscovery support for the NY office
* Support case teams' litigation technology needs within EDRM
* Manage outside eDiscovery vendors
* Organize eDiscovery databases
* Make recommendations for efficiency and best practices
* Advocate for analytics and automation
* Remain up-to-date with eDiscovery and litigation support trends

Requirements:

* 2+ years of related experience in a litigation-specific role at a law firm
* eDiscovery certification is preferred
* Heavy relativity experience
* Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery and litigation case management principles
* Familiarity with ESI Protocols
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Attention to detail, proofreading and Internet research skills
