Job Description

Graced Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Data Loading Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery and data handling, with experience in processing and loading data for litigation and investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and ensure timely completion of data requests
  • Work independently on job requests from a queue or by assignment
  • Provide regular updates on job status and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Perform quality checks on data and work products to ensure 100% compliance
  • Process and load documents and data in accordance with technical specifications
  • Solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intake, triage, and validate data for processing
  • Data migration from one tool to another
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client tasks are completed quickly and accurately

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
  • Experience using COTS e-Discovery software
  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
