We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Contested Environments System Analysis group, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on radiation-hardened system design.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support engineering decisions based on thorough radiation effects analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for hardening systems against radiation effects.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure effective radiation hardening throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation.
  • Leverage expertise to lead small teams and build trust among team members.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and apply technical expertise to mitigate risks.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Radiation Engineering or related field.

Benefits

A competitive estimated salary of $160,000 - $240,000 per year, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
