Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service activities.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for residential and commercial customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular site visits and market research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the office team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the tree care industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the tree care industry, with a focus on removals and trimming.
  • CDL preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google accounts and QuickBooks.
  • Pesticide Applicator License (Plant Health Care) a plus, but not required.
