Operations Account Support Specialist

SWBC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our Account Management Team and Operation Account Management team. As an Operations Account Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver cost-efficient and high-quality service to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure ongoing client needs are met in conjunction with Account Management, Operational Account Management, and Performance Consultants.
- Assist Account Managers or Operational Account Managers with new and existing product accounts, including new product implementations, technical questions, client satisfaction, and client retention.
- Support client requests around data files and client contact database updates.
- Collaborate with the AM/OAM team for client training and product-related contests.
- Provide townhall-style trainings and demos for prospective and existing clients.
- Work with internal teams and clients to resolve past due invoices.
- Collect and analyze post-training survey results for the Performance Consultant group.
- Coordinate the ordering of client marketing materials for products.
- Monitor client utilization and satisfaction of all products and services to ensure maximum product usage.
- Develop solutions for implementations by meeting and collaborating with various SWBC departments.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development of solutions for existing and new product implementations.
- Assist in meeting company growth and financial profitability objectives and strategic plans by performing and reporting on various assigned departmental activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience in client relationship management and project management skills or related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong project oversight, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent client-focus and customer service skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
- Able to use basic office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.
- Able to sit for long periods of time while managing and monitoring product implementation.
- Able to lift, push, or pull related documents.
- Able to stoop, kneel, or stand to retrieve files or other documents.
