Position Overview:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Lead onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure exceptional workmanship.
  • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and adherence to specifications.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to resolve any emerging challenges.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards.
  • Deliver project status reports to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a safe and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Preferred educational background in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in safety and quality assurance are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.
