About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Eliot's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment and support to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as ARC, UP, SMART, TF-CBT, and more.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions and ensure client safety.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and other evidence-based strategies.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and cultural competence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or related field, or Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and ability to develop short-term interventions to support clients and families.
  • Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clinical presentations and knowledge of community resources and how to access them.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $70,000, with bilingual candidates eligible for an additional $3,000 - $4,200 per year.
  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office-based days, flexibility to work some evening hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
