Job Title: Family Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Engagement Coordinator to join our team at UMFS. As a national leader in helping young people and families, we aim to identify unmet social services needs and develop partnerships to address those needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in family engagement and possess excellent public speaking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of recruiting and retention programs, ability to independently plan and organize time and activities, and experience in foster care recruitment or non-profit marketing a plus.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Role:

  • Coordinate family engagement activities and events across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to design and deliver high-quality training programs for foster parents.
