Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

  1. An Intensive Care Coordinator will be responsible for working with youth and families to create individualized treatment plans.
  2. The coordinator will lead collaborative teams, develop goals, and monitor progress to ensure successful community placement.
  3. Implementing the 10 principles of High Fidelity Wraparound will be essential to this role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in children's mental health services is required.
  • 'High Fidelity Wraparound' training is desirable.
