Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, serving as an HR consultant to field leaders, and formulating strategic partnerships to deliver value-added service to internal customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and coach people leaders in HR processes, functions, and initiatives.
  • Provide tactical and strategic support to managers on a variety of issues, including compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Support new leaders to the organization by providing HR-related orientation and advising on orientation best practices.
  • Serve as a resource in handling, documenting, and bringing resolution to associate relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and develop or utilize resources to drive improvements in associate retention, culture, talent management, learning and development, and other HR-related best practices.
  • Deliver training to internal customers on HR-related topics, including best practices, leadership principles, and company initiatives.
  • Implement HR programs that drive engagement and retention, including working with leaders to develop and execute action plans that address areas of need.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or a minimum of ten years' relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in human resource business partner role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • At least three years' experience working for a multi-state employer.
  • Strong HR knowledge and expert knowledge in Federal, State employment laws as well as industry regulations.
  • Strong HR knowledge of Florida laws.
  • Bilingual required - Spanish.
  • Able to travel up to 10%.
