- Support operations assistant store manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory
- Maintain proper associate coverage in service areas to ensure a positive customer experience
- Communicate effectively with management and associates to prioritize tasks and provide progress updates
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others and provide guidance as needed
As a Retail Administrative Coordinator at TJ Maxx, you will enjoy a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
