Chief Programs Officer

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to join the Executive Leadership Team as Chief Programs Officer. This key role will provide strategic direction and leadership to drive the growth and success of our programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of program-related projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting agreed-upon success criteria.
  • Represent the organization to government, corporate, and other entities, advocating for policies and programs that support our mission.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to integrity, honesty, and adherence to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
  • Build value-based relationships with peers and others to exchange feedback and collaborate on achieving work objectives.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Education, Public Administration, Child Development, or Organizational Development, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a strategic leadership role, managing seasoned professionals with high degrees of expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and training skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and relate to diverse groups of people.
  • Knowledge of organizational and management practices related to the evaluation of services, policies, and operational needs.
