About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other team members.
  • Interact directly with clients regarding various requests, such as financial transactions, account inquiries, and charitable contributions.
  • Manage distribution and receipt of clients' paperwork.
  • Answer phone calls, resolve issues, and take messages as needed.
  • Utilize CRM application to perform various functions, such as submitting tasks, running dialogues, and creating new contact entries.
  • Collaborate with other Wealthspire teams to coordinate client paperwork and other tasks.
  • Prepare client letters and emails as needed.
  • Manage complex client needs and act as a mentor/trainer for new team members.
  • Assist advisors with scheduling client meetings and calendar management.
  • Confirm appointments directly with clients via email and/or phone.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of directly related industry experience.
  • College degree preferred, but new grads with a business and/or finance-related degree and internship/work experience considered.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with CRM, portfolio management, and document management software a plus.
