Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing our restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards
- Supervise service of guests, ensuring timely and attentive service
- Assist manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion
- Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards
- Read daily communication sheets and prepare one for the following shift
- Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor requirements
- Communicate daily with restaurant manager regarding special events and house counts
- Assist restaurant manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
