We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Fluid Truck. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling within the assigned territory.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving company sales objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into customers to expand the company's market presence.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closed deals, in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to open doors and create new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a territory-based, outside sales role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
