Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, utilizing company-approved systems and processes.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, terminations, and employee complaints.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer company benefits, including medical, dental, life, and FSA programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the maintenance of employee files, records, and related documents, ensuring compliance with company record retention policies and all state and federal requirements.
  • Payroll and Compensation: Collaborate with the Payroll Team and CFO on payroll-related tasks, including group benefits, salary increases, and PTO balances.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance responsibilities.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technological savvy, and ability to operate in various online HR portals.
  • Certifications: PHR certification preferred, with continuing education to stay up-to-date on current rules and regulations.
