Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory management, space optimization, logistics, productivity on the floor, and shipping and receiving.
* Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space and resources to enhance productivity while minimizing costs.
* Oversee and carry out receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance activities.
* Establish the layout and ensure optimal space utilization, making improvements as needed.
* Implement and manage security, safety, and operational protocols.
* Comply with all relevant regulations regarding warehousing, handling, and shipping.
* Manage stock control, storage, retrieval, and prompt delivery of goods.
* Regularly generate reports and statistics (e.g., inventory status reports, dead stock reports).
* Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts utilizing barcode technology.
* Ensure accurate inventory counts.
* Maintain health and safety standards, hygiene, and security within the work environment.
* Implement 5S practices to keep the warehouse organized and clean.
* Drive continuous improvements in operations.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers through email, digital chat, and verbal interactions.
* Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel.
* Resolve conflicts that may occur among team members.
* Handle all aspects of warehouse shipping and receiving supplies.
* Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Incorporate corporate principles and values into work and team activities, focusing on generating prosperity for individuals and society, maintaining company growth through high levels of technology and service, as well as prioritizing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and a disciplined, energetic approach.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in business management or a related field and preferably have over five years of experience in warehouse and logistics, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
* Ability to write basic correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and fellow employees.
* Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Google Suites.
* Possess competencies in technical knowledge, critical thinking, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
* Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
* Stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
* Be courteous, service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy collaborating with diverse staff.
* Pay attention to detail and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
* Be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Identify problems, determine possible causes, and resolve routine issues.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, teams, and individuals.
* Serve as a forklift trainer.
