Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for prospecting daily in an assigned territory to find potential sales opportunities, maintaining and upgrading current customer base, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota with acceptable profitability and demonstrating and training on products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cold calling and planning activities to maximize sales potential
  • Maintaining and upgrading current customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota with acceptable profitability
  • Demonstrating and training on products and services to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and providing solutions for current business problems and pain points

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or higher is preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or higher is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and skills in the following areas:
    • Copier/Multifunctional Printers
    • Managed Print Services
    • Wide Format
    • High Volume
    • Software
  • Strong organizational, sociable, persistent, aggressive, focused on success, determined, flexible, good communication skills, team player, self-starter/self-motivated, territory management, maturity, positive attitude, enthusiastic, control-oriented, creative, work independently, results-oriented, listening skills, ability to overcome resistance, coachable
