Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our dealer network. This position is essential for facilitating and enhancing marketing initiatives, managing incoming calls, assisting with dealer onboarding, and providing comprehensive support to both dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a variety of incoming calls, including online portal assistance, dealer account modifications, and inquiries from misdirected customers or dealers.
  • Collect and process information for prospective dealer applications, ensuring timely setup for approved dealers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to maintain dealer account information, sales data, and compliance standards.
  • Provide support to account managers within their designated regions as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as digitizing files, printing necessary documents, and assembling promotional materials.
  • Prepare and distribute Welcome Packets, Aqua Bucks, and other forms requested by dealers.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, sales, customer service, or a related field is necessary.
  • Experience in the financial sector is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.

Physical Requirements

In this role, the employee will frequently need to sit, stand, walk, see, speak, hear, and manipulate objects or controls. Occasionally, the employee may lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds.

This position is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. The employee will spend approximately 90% of their time working on a computer.
