About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files and formulas, and pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, and comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and suggest ways to improve sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to tint paint consistent with customer color requests, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint related products.
