This position encompasses comprehensive recruitment activities, from identifying and advertising job openings to overseeing candidate pipelines and aiding in hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities:


Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels including online job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder), Boolean search techniques, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Oversee job advertisements and manage applicant tracking within our system (experience with PageUp is a plus).
Evaluate resumes, screen candidates, and organize interviews.
Conduct candidate evaluations and support the interview process.
Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and ensure prompt fulfillment of roles.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Employ creative methods to discover candidates who fulfill challenging job specifications.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt roles.
Experience in high-volume recruitment settings.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with PageUp is advantageous.
Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques including Boolean searches, x-ray searching, and other advanced methods.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Capability to work autonomously and drive recruitment initiatives with minimal oversight.
Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a standard schedule.
