We are currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work.

Our team's objectives include:

Supporting the rapid expansion of our organization by sourcing top-tier, diverse talent in a dynamic environment Upholding JLL's brand, values, and culture Leveraging innovative technology and data to instigate change

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee candidates throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and promoting the firm's advantages Design and implement a recruitment strategy for various positions, from entry-level to executive roles. Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, veteran organizations, and other key recruitment contacts. Provide monthly recruitment metrics for both internal and external client reporting Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitment needs to address current and future hiring demands, adjusting job descriptions as necessary. Utilize online platforms, employee referrals, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions. Develop new channels to proactively build a pool of potential talent, conducting initial outreach to prospective candidates. Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to establish best practices for recruitment and engage in special firm-wide recruitment initiatives. Establish key performance indicators and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing, or a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience. Experience with search firms is a plus. Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment. Familiarity with the Workday applicant tracking system is highly advantageous. Experience in recruiting skilled trades candidates within industrial or facility management sectors is preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels Familiarity with project management, construction, architecture, and engineering talent pools is preferred. A collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively A demonstrated history of achieving results
