We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Thrift Store Associate at the Idaho Youth Ranch. As a Thrift Store Associate, you will play a vital role in representing our organization and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
  • Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment
  • Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in High School or possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have strong customer service skills and be able to WOW our customers
  • Ability to work weekends

About the Idaho Youth Ranch:

We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization dedicated to providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho's youth. As a Thrift Store Associate, you will be part of a team that makes a positive impact in our community.
