Job Description

The Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. This role typically involves working three to four shifts per week, each shift being approximately four to five hours, but may vary depending on the time of year and business needs. The Stock Associate may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, particularly during peak holiday seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and sales floor organization.
  • Stockroom: Receive, stock, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Identify and report any potential security risks or inventory discrepancies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued growth and development within the company.
