Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team in Lewiston, ID. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, treating customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform cashier duties, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Display and organize products in the store to facilitate easy customer access.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory levels.
  • Monitor customers to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Participate in the preparation of displays and promotions.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of retail and customer service principles.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
