Executive Culinary Operations Director

This role involves direct supervision of line and prep cooks, maintaining a clean work environment, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence. You will also be responsible for scheduling, ordering supplies, hiring and training employees, and other tasks as needed. Key requirements include previous line cook experience, management/leadership background, solid understanding of cooking fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, this position requires adaptability, quick thinking, and multitasking abilities. Physical demands include constant standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
