About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Harbour Club LLC in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of luxury culinary experience as an Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef, with a proven track record of maintaining food quality and sanitation standards. A culinary or related degree is preferred, and experience with technology, including POS systems, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Maintain high-quality food products and ensure compliance with health department regulations
  • Manage department employees, including chefs, cooks, and stewards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
  • Monitor business volume forecast and plan accordingly

Harbour Club LLC is a premier social and business club located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. We offer a range of amenities, including private rooms, shared co-working space, and a ballroom that can seat 300. Our members enjoy breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, dinner Tuesday through Friday, and Sunday brunch.

What We Offer

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
