The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred or the willingness to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing with or without reasonable accommodation.
This role primarily involves sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to move objects, including the human body.
