Clinical Support Specialist

At Marshfield Clinic Health System, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Telemetry Technician and a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing continuous monitoring and interpretation of cardiac rhythms for multiple patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrocardiographic displays and be able to troubleshoot routine technical concerns with equipment. They will also work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to collect patient information and provide direct patient care, contributing to the achievement of patient and family outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include a Certified Nursing Assistant certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin, completion of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or First Responder courses, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
