Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dove Healthcare. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and residents by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
