We are seeking an Operational Development Specialist to join our team at TOCA Social USA. This role will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of essential documentation that supports our expansion into new markets.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the creation of comprehensive guides and manuals that ensure operational excellence and brand consistency across all locations. As an Operational Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed documents covering various aspects of venue operations, including guest service, bar and kitchen operations, property management, and branding.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Key Documentation: Create a TOCA Social Overview document introducing the company's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. This will be essential for onboarding new teammates and partners.
  2. Operations Manual:** Develop a comprehensive Operations Manual detailing procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations. This will cover aspects like guest service protocols, inventory management, and maintenance schedules.
  3. Bar and F&B Playbooks:** Create Bar Guides and Food & Beverage Playbooks outlining guidelines for bar operations, drink recipes, presentation standards, and guest interaction tips. Additionally, detail food safety standards, menu creation, and kitchen procedures.
  4. Service Standards & Success:** Compile a Service, Standards & Success manual that includes guest experience protocols, performance benchmarks, and strategies for achieving operational excellence.
  5. Property Management:** Document Design, Look & Feel standards to ensure a cohesive and appealing aesthetic across all locations, covering interior design principles and branding elements.
  6. Branding Guide:** Develop a Branding Guide detailing TOCA Social's brand identity, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
  7. Social Media Presence: Create a Social Media Playbook outlining a strategy for the company's social media presence, including content guidelines, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation is aligned with TOCA Social's growth strategy and operational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in developing comprehensive documentation for operational and brand consistency.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and experience-based venues, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to create detailed manuals and playbooks covering various aspects of venue operations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company goals into actionable documents that support scaling and quick adoption in new markets.
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to ensure the implementation of consistent standards across all locations.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate procedures and guidelines.
