Softball Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Baseball/Softball Trainer to join our TOCA Soccer Training Facility team in Norcross, GA.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment. As a D-BAT Trainer, you will provide private lessons, camps and clinics, cage rentals, and batting cage credits to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the monthly Business Plan to increase lessons and client base.
  • Create awesome training experiences to retain and grow existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
  • Meet with the D-BAT Training Manager monthly to track performance and forecast weekly commitments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Collegiate or Professional baseball or softball coaching experience.
  • Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred.
  • Background playing baseball or softball in a college or professional setting is required.
