Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated self-starter who is fluent in Spanish for the role of Accounting Manager to become part of our dynamic finance team.

This is a permanent position that presents a unique chance to tackle exciting challenges and responsibilities within the finance sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily functions of our accounting department, leading a team of financial professionals, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial data.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, general ledger management, cash flow oversight, financial reporting, and internal controls.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the organization’s cash flow, ensuring financial obligations are met while minimizing risks.
  • Create and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing analytical insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Engage in strategic planning, risk management, and capital management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting principles, general ledger, cash flow management, financial statements, and internal controls.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on timely analyses.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
