KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct in-depth analysis of internal financial data, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, working capital, costs, pricing, expenses, revenues, and return rates.
Perform financial assessments and modeling for potential investment prospects, evaluating the effects of financial transactions and corporate growth initiatives.
Analyze external economic factors and their influence on business operations, such as inflation, interest rates, and currency fluctuations.
Execute Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, encompassing strategy formulation, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and integration processes.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role reports to the Segment Finance leader and is tasked with providing analytical support and decision-making assistance to the Sales team. Responsibilities include financial reporting, metric analysis, and assessing their effects on the profit and loss statement. The position also entails effective communication and collaboration with Sales leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct performance evaluations for TRS & LCC customers.
Develop MDA provisions to encourage favorable customer behavior and enhance profit outcomes.
Review all LCC/TRS accounts, prioritizing those with profit potential.
Work with functional leaders to identify and capitalize on profit opportunities.
Collaborate with Field Finance to ensure accurate accruals and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate communication regarding profit and loss issues across HQ and Field teams.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new associates.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.

Experience in a corporate environment focusing on reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling is essential. Previous experience in sales finance is preferred but not mandatory.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Detail-oriented self-starter.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with MS Access is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and draw informed conclusions.
Capability to manage confidential information appropriately.
