Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Assist finance transformation and accounting leaders in addressing complex business challenges from strategic planning to execution, focusing on the development of finance operational strategies, enhancing business performance reporting, and implementing innovative processes and technologies.

Provide valuable insights during client engagements related to assessments, finance transformation, vendor selection, and implementation.

Design and implement data collection and analysis solutions to assess current state information and support future design decisions and recommendations.

Translate functional business process requirements into various technical solutions.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines.
Support the creation of executive-level presentations to communicate intricate issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and personnel.
Demonstrate the ability to manage teams, develop talent, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant business discipline.

6 – 8+ years of experience in finance management consulting (including tenure at a prominent consulting firm) with a focus on Finance Effectiveness management consulting.

Preferred background in finance strategy and transformation, operating model design, shared services, process enhancement, and/or procure-to-pay.

Expertise in Finance Operations / Shared Services / P2P and the ability to provide valuable insights during client engagements related to assessments, finance transformation, vendor selection, and implementation.

Technical proficiency and data affinity; ability to conceptualize IT and technical subjects, translating functional business process requirements into various technical solutions.

Foundational knowledge in data and analytics technologies (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik, Python, VBA, SQL, Access, etc.) is preferred.
Willingness to engage in challenging projects with new or ambiguous subject matter.
Strong project management skills, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communication.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex business concepts to an executive audience with clarity and precision, adhering to best practices in business writing.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and executive presence.
Effective organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple and competing priorities efficiently.
