Transaction Operations Specialist

At Kansas City Title, we are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with sales associates and management to support the processing of offers and lease and purchase contract documents.
As a Transaction Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing transaction documents, providing administrative support to sales associates, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. This includes coordinating and completing transaction documents, performing data entry tasks, preparing correspondence, and managing active files.
Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling marketing materials, handling advertising, and scheduling appointments. You will also provide and coordinate accurate and timely communication with external contacts, confirm earnest money checks, and forward checks to accounting in a timely manner.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance options.
Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate office. You should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, a typing speed of 45 w.p.m. minimum, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
