Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fiduciary Advisor to join our Private Bank organization in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fiduciary services to our clients, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic relationships and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute fiduciary decisions in accordance with plan or document terms, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer complex fiduciary accounts, including sensitive high-profile relationships, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of trust operations, including individual and combined trusts, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Deliver the full breadth of the fiduciary platform to grow the fiduciary business and ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage assigned accounts in accordance with documents, state law, policy, and procedure, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for bank products and services, leveraging relationships and account management expertise.
  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, social contacts, and community participation, developing a network of external Centers of Influence.
  • Customize customer communications and presentations to provide fiduciary advice, introducing planning concepts to meet client needs.
  • Lead colleagues in completing analysis and recommendations for senior management or committee review, serving as a subject matter resource for the fiduciary team and market leadership.
Requirements
  • University/college degree required; higher education or certifications desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a focus on fiduciary services, risk management, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary regulations, policies, and procedures, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
