We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric RV Service Consultant to join our service team and offer exceptional support to our clientele.


Key Responsibilities:
Service Consultants serve as the main point of contact for customers with service requirements.

Core Duties Include:

  • Welcoming customers and identifying their service needs through attentive listening and effective questioning.
  • Generating comprehensive and precise work orders for service technicians based on customer inquiries and vehicle assessments.
  • Providing customers with repair and maintenance estimates, clarifying the scope of work and related costs.
  • Liaising with service technicians to ensure timely job completion and keeping customers informed about their vehicle status.
  • Collaborating with the parts department to guarantee the availability of necessary components for service tasks.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining thorough records of all service transactions, including work orders, invoices, and customer communications.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.
Staying informed about RV product knowledge and service protocols through continuous training and professional growth.

Adhering to all safety standards and company policies.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a service consultant or in a comparable customer service role, ideally within the automotive or RV sector.
  • Strong understanding of RV systems, maintenance, and repair processes (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing service management software and computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is advantageous.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
