About the Role

The RV Sales Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience at General RV Center. As a key member of our team, you will build long-lasting relationships with customers, become a trusted problem-solver, and develop expertise in the RV industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
  • Assist Delivery Coordinators in hosting customers on delivery day, creating an engaging and fun experience from arrival to departure.
  • Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories and coordinate installations.
  • Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales, and technicians to locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with a retail environment is a plus.
  • Sales experience is highly desired.
  • Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
