As a Manufacturing Assembly Specialist, you will engage with advanced technology while contributing to the assembly of popular automotive models.

  • Competitive hourly wage: $19.30 to $20.40
  • Full-time roles available with various shifts (Monday to Friday)
  • Temp-to-Hire positions with opportunities for salary increases
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, as well as Referral Bonus Incentives
  • Eligibility for a 25% tuition scholarship with a partnering educational institution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the assembly line operations utilizing power tools
  • Assist in the assembly of vehicles and engines, involving tasks such as standing, lifting, bending, and squatting
  • Follow production timelines and maintain quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (2 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on night shift)
  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
