Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at Orthopedic One. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for patient services.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Cycle Operations: Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, and claims submission.
- Denials Management: Identify and resolve denials, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for patient services.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze and report on revenue cycle metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OIG guidelines.
- Education: Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business office setting, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Certifications: Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, EMR/Practice Management software, and KPI reporting.
