Sales Leadership Manager

Job Summary
This position leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and be able to motivate and guide their team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the team, including setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable for their performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and support teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commission payments.
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' of Outside Sales or related work experience.
- Strong technical and computer skills, including knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Language.
- Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Direct Sales practices.
- Experience with consumer education of products and services.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications service.
