Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Services Manager to join our team at Ridgeview Institute Smyrna. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing services provided in the Outpatient Services continuum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage services provided in the Outpatient Services continuum
  • Direct, guide, and supervise the direct care activities of staff
  • Maintain an environment conducive to the highest quality of care
  • Establish and maintain departmental policies and procedures, goals, objectives, and standards
  • Review overall hospital quality performance goals and ensure objectives are met
  • Provide ongoing Quality Improvement monitors and ensure current standards are met
  • Ensure that the skills and educational needs of the staff are met
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work Education, Nursing, or a related professional field
  • At least five (5) years experience in health care administration, preferably in an acute psychiatric setting
  • Preferred Georgia State license in social work or clinical-related mental health field
