Key Responsibilities

  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Leadership and Professional Development: Demonstrate leadership skills, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • License and Certification: Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside, or meet the licensure requirements in your home state if declaring a National License Compact state as your primary state of residence.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
