The Sales and Service Associate provides exceptional customer support to all retail clients by managing and processing shipments for courier delivery and utilizing various office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, binding tools, laminators, and point-of-sale systems. This role requires the Associate to proficiently guide our esteemed customers by offering precise information regarding our diverse range of products, services, and optimal value choices, demonstrating expertise in industry best practices.

The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in retail sales, strong digital literacy, a high school diploma or GED, and a warm, genuinely helpful attitude, complemented by a professional appearance. A quick learner who is eager to understand all facets of the business in a timely manner is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides exceptional customer service to both walk-in clients and phone inquiries.
  • Practices attentive listening skills with customers, team members, and management.
  • Takes responsibility for addressing the customer's shipping requirements and proposes effective solutions.
  • Actively seeks to learn about all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and current industry trends.
  • Operates all equipment, software, and devices proficiently and is willing to train others.
  • Notarizes documents for clients.
  • Maintains a tidy, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
  • Excellent packing abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and basic math.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Able to lift over 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
