Olympic Enterprises, a leading business consulting and sales firm in Chattanooga, seeks an ambitious entry-level candidate to join our marketing and sales team as a Business Development Representative. Our forward-thinking marketing strategies and innovative sales tactics drive our success with reputable clients. With expanding client base, we aim to assist them in building strong relationships with prospects, acquiring new accounts, increasing annual sales revenue, and expanding market reach.

The primary goal of the Business Development Representative is to work closely with Senior Account Managers and Sales Team members, developing a deep understanding of our clients' marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals. This role requires direct communication with leading business prospects, delivering presentations, and establishing long-lasting customer relationships. Additionally, this position involves educating potential buyers about our clients' products, promotions, and services; assisting in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets; training directly with Senior Account Managers; reviewing sale contracts; negotiating accounts through upselling products and services; attending conference calls; participating in on-site training workshops; and collaborating with fellow representatives to meet clients' needs.

The ideal candidate for this role should have In-Progress or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field, preferably 0-3 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or other related leadership role. Key skills include a positive attitude, eagerness to develop leadership qualities, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, comfort working independently and collaboratively in a team setting, self-determination, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and reliable transportation to onsite location.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on industry standards and the company's growth trajectory.
