Job Overview

Patcraft is a leading provider of innovative flooring solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our resinous flooring business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical sales, business development, and project management. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the resinous flooring business, targeting key commercial and industrial segments.
  • Provide in-depth technical guidance for Resinous flooring systems across various markets. Offer technical support and training to installers and contractors, ensuring proper product application and installation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, internal project management, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with a broad client base, including applicators, owners, and A&D clients.
  • Collaborate with the A&D + engineering community to create detailed specifications and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
  • Identify key owner targets and develop a strategic sales plan to grow the Patcraft brand, driving awareness and adoption of resinous flooring solutions.
  • Provide market feedback for the product category, including insights on needs and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Accurately forecast revenue projections for assigned accounts and prepare quarterly and annual account reviews.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform business plans and identify growth opportunities.
