The Global Enrollment Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting prospective students through the post-application phase of their enrollment journey at Full Sail University, particularly in preparing for the issuance of their I-20 forms.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in completing necessary enrollment paperwork while ensuring adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Review submitted documents to ensure compliance with the regulations set forth by the Department of Homeland Security and our institutional accreditation standards.
  • Assess educational credentials for both undergraduate and graduate applicants, including the evaluation of secondary education qualifications for U.S. equivalency, applicable to both international and domestic students.
  • Evaluate language proficiency for incoming students whose primary language is not English to facilitate admission decisions.
  • Exhibit the ability to maintain focus and concentration over extended periods.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment while upholding a positive demeanor.
  • Be available to work during evenings and weekends to accommodate various global time zones.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personnel information.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the institution.
  • Adhere to company attendance policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Creative writing abilities, including proofreading and editing for grammatical accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Capability to interact effectively with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is expected to maintain active communication with customers and colleagues, access and input information into computer systems, and enter alphanumeric data while engaging in telephone conversations. The role may require bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting items weighing up to thirty (30) pounds.
