Job Overview


The Office Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting management with various administrative duties, which may include tasks such as procurement, data management, and documentation.

This position requires effective interaction with customers, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this role is set at $23.00, subject to factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations.

Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be classified as 'at-will,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and any other discretionary payments or compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, inventory management, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
  • Assist management with clerical functions related to finance, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Welcome customers, clients, and staff; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office communications and informational postings.
  • Utilize technology, systems, and software including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms is required.
