Job Summary

The Integrated Mental Health Provider works collaboratively with primary care providers to engage pediatric patients and their families in behavioral health interventions. This role conducts comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools, to create behavioral health care plans that target treatment for developmental, psychological, and social problems. The provider works with patients and families to create treatment plans addressing mental health concerns, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety, child abuse and neglect, grief and loss, behavior management, and parenting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create behavioral health care plans
  • Work with patients and families to develop treatment plans addressing mental health concerns
  • Partner with physicians, schools, law enforcement, and community mental health providers to ensure well-coordinated care
  • Assist families in connecting with services and providers addressing social determinants of health

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Minimum three (3) years post MSW/MA hospital or equivalent experience
  • Health industry knowledge preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $86,091.00 USD to $125,091.00 USD, influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
